This 7 Day Fly-in to Masai-mara & Gorilla Trekking Safari is for those interested in flying and viewing wildlife in Masai Mara National park and Tracking Mountain Gorillas. During this safari you will be able to do game drives in Masai Mara and track Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have chances of viewing wildlife like leopards, cheetahs, buffalos and the black manned lions and track the rare Mountain gorillas but we emphasize that nature dictates and depends on your Luck though there is 99% to see Mountain Gorillas.

Day 01: Pick up from Airport/ Hotel in Kenya, drive to Wilson Airport for a flight to Masai Mara National park

Day02: Full day Game drive in Masai Mara

Day03: Game drives in Masai Mara and community visit

Day04: Flight from Wilson to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Via Kisumu & Entebbe to clear customs.

Day 05:
Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park- Buhoma Sector.

Day 06: Morning flight back to Entebbe arriving mid-day. Optional activities; Behind the scene at UWEC/Ngamba island

Day 07: Drive to Entebbe International Airport for you international flight out.

Travel Days

DAY 01:  Pick up from the Airport/Hotel in Nairobi and drive to Wilson Airport for a flight to Masai Mara National Park.

Your driver guide will pick you from the Hotel/ and then you drive to Wilson Airport and start your scenic scheduled flight to the beautiful highlands of Kenya flying over the rift valley and you will arrive in Masai Mara in the Evening.

DAY 02: Game drives in Masai Mara National Park

After an early breakfast, you will have morning game drive in the Park, you will later have lunch and then do an afternoon game drive. You will then return to the lodge for refreshment and Dinner to end the day

DAY 03: Morning Game drive and Community Visit (the Masai)

Today, you will have a morning game drive and in the afternoon, you will do a community visit to the Masai community and you can get yourself Souvenirs and it also allows cultural interaction which is very interesting.

DAY 04: Fly from Kichwa-Tembo to Bwindi via Kisumu and Entebbe

After breakfast, you will drive to airport for your flight to Bwindi via Kisumu and Entebbe to clear customs.

DAY 05: Gorilla Tracking

After breakfast with you packed lunch, you will be driven to the park headquarters for briefing about gorilla tracking. Gorilla family allocation depends on your fitness, interest and age. Please endeavor to communicate to your guide your interests so he can try and request for you a suitable group before you begin the trek into the forest.
Proceed to the park to headquarters to join other clients for briefing and then to the forest to trek the gorillas. Once you find them, you are allowed one hour of photography and observation before returning back to the lodge. Gorilla tracking is/can be a tedious exercise and therefore requires a level of fitness but is an amazing experience of a life time.

DAY 06: Morning Flight from Kihihi to Entebbe arriving about mid-day. Optional Activities; Uganda Wildlife Educational Center

DAY 07: Ngamba Island and International flight back home to end the 7 Day Fly-in to Masai-mara & Gorilla Trekking Safari

After breakfast, you will drive to the waterfront/UWEC for a speed boat to Ngamba Island. A chance to feed the orphaned Chimps after which you will have lunch at the island and then a boat back to Entebbe for your evening flight out back home.
