The Mwanihana Trail leads to a high plateau giving an opportunity to see its panoramic views over the surrounding sugar plantations. The park is home to more than 400 species of birds and six recorded primate species which include the iringa, red clobus and Sanje crested Mangabey which are only found here in the world.
